1. Who we are

Karvon is an online platform where workers from Central Asia take a structured interview and employers abroad see the resulting profiles and ask for introductions. Karvon is not an employment or recruitment agency and does not employ workers. Recruitment, contracts, visas and travel are handled by licensed agencies we work with in the worker's country and the employer's country.

2. Workers never pay

Workers never pay Karvon or our partner agencies any fee for finding a job, for the interview or for an introduction. This follows ILO Convention 181 and the ILO fair recruitment principles. If anyone asks you for money for a job in Karvon's name, do not pay and report it through the contact page.

3. For workers

You take the interview voluntarily. Before it starts you are told the questions are asked by an AI. Your profile shows your trade, experience, languages, passport validity, destinations and expected pay, without your contact details. Your contacts are shared with an employer only after you agree to that specific introduction.

Answer truthfully. Do not send passport scans, bank details or health information through the interview. You can ask us to hide or delete your profile at any time.

4. For employers

You may use profiles only to hire for real jobs you have. You will not contact workers outside the process, will not charge workers anything, and will pay at least the legal minimum wage and the pay stated in the job offer.

You are responsible for complying with labour, migration and anti-discrimination law in your country. Scores and summaries are an aid for reading profiles faster, not a hiring decision.

5. Fees

Browsing profiles and sending a request are free. The price for an introduction and placement is agreed in writing with the employer before any work starts and is paid only by the employer.

6. Liability

During the pilot the platform is provided as is. We check profiles by interview, not by verifying documents; document checks are done by the licensed agencies before a contract. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the last 12 months.
