Privacy Policy

1. Summary

We collect what is needed to build your profile and connect you with employers. Your contact details are never shown on the site. We do not sell personal data.

2. What we collect

Workers: name, phone or messenger contact, interview answers as text, and the profile we build from them (trade, years of experience, languages, passport validity year, destinations, expected pay, readiness to travel). We do not collect passport numbers or copies through the site.

Employers: company name, work email, country and the candidates you asked about.

Voice: if you answer by voice, your browser turns speech into text; we receive only the text.

Technical data: basic server logs for security, kept up to 30 days, and one cookie for the site language.

3. Why we use it

To create your profile, show it without contacts to employers, arrange introductions you agree to, and keep the platform safe. The legal basis is your consent given before the interview and, for employers, the service you requested.

4. AI processing

Follow-up questions and profile summaries are produced by large language models from Anthropic through Perplexity's API. Your answers are sent to them only for this. The AI does not decide who is hired.

5. Who sees it

Employers see profiles without names beyond the first name and without contacts. When you agree to an introduction, your contact goes to that employer and to the licensed agencies handling your case. Our providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Perplexity and Anthropic (AI). Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

6. How long we keep it

Profiles stay active for 12 months after your last update and are then deleted, unless you ask for deletion earlier.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, hide or delete your profile and withdraw consent at any time through the contact page. Employers in the European Union have GDPR rights and we honor them for everyone. We reply within 30 days.
