How the AI works

1. What the AI does

Workers answer seven fixed questions: trade, skills and tools, work abroad, passport, languages, destination and expected pay. When an answer is too vague, the AI may ask up to two short follow-up questions in the language the worker used.

At the end it turns the answers into a structured English profile and a score from 0 to 100 that reflects how ready the person is to work abroad: concrete skills and years, experience abroad, a valid passport, useful languages and realistic expectations.

2. What it never uses

It does not score grammar, accent, age, religion, sex, health or family status, and it does not see photos.

3. Human decision

Employers decide whom to meet after a video call, and licensed agencies check documents before any contract. Workers can ask for their profile to be reviewed by a person.
